Reactions flow over PM Modi's UN General Assembly address

New Delhi, Sep 27 (ANI): Reactions flowed on Saturday after Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave his first addressing speech in the United Nations General Assembly. Security Expert Uday Bhaskar said that Prime Minister gave a befitting and comprehensive reply to Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's comment on Kashmir issue. Jammu and Kashmir's former DGP MM Khajuria said that Modi's address was a comprehensively thoughtful speech in the benefit of entire world. Meanwhile, former India diplomat NN Jha said that after Nawaz Sharif's comment on Kashmir issue it was a general opinion that India should ignore the matter but added that Modi addressed the issue in a very smart way. Indian experts condemn Pak PM after he raises Kashmir issue at UNGA

New York /New Delhi, Sept 27 (ANI): Indian experts condemned Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif as he raked up Kashmir issue at the UN General Assembly. Sharif on Friday raised the Kashmir issue at the UN General Assembly and blamed India for "another missed opportunity" to address outstanding issues by cancelling the foreign secretary-level talks. India's Foreign Policy expert Kamal Aga termed the move as unfortunate to raise sensitive issue in front of international community. Security Expert, Uday Bhaskar said that it should not come as surprise after India cancelled the foreign secretary level talks. He added that Pakistan was looking for an opportunity and the UNGA is an appropriate platform to raise the issue. Another security expert, Alok Bansal, said that Sharif could not have survived if he had not raised the questions especially at a time when he has been going through a tricky situation within the country. Security experts on fresh Chinese incursions

New Delhi, Sep 18 (ANI): Security expert Alok Bansal commenting on the fresh Chinese incursions on Thursday said that both the countries have been patrolling in their line of actual control, hence there has been no overlap and such issues should not be brought up when cordial talks are going between the leaders of the two countries. Defence experts say Al Qaeda video a ploy to attract local youth

New Delhi, Sep 04 (ANI): Defence experts said on Thursday that al Qaeda’s announcement of the formation of a wing of the militant group in India and its neighbourhood is a propaganda ploy aimed at attracting local youth to the organisation. Al Qaeda leader Ayman al Zawahri on Wednesday announced the formation of an Indian branch of his militant group he said would spread Islamic rule and “raise the flag of jihad” across the subcontinent. Internal Security Expert Ajay Sahni said such videos have been released in the past as well. Defence Expert Afzal Kareem dismissed it as a big threat. PM Modi eyes on breaking through nuclear pact & investment during his Japan visit

New Delhi, Aug 30 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on his way to Japan on Saturday for a five-day trip, hoping to win Japanese backing for a nuclear energy pact and lure investment to help kick-start its economy. Accoring to experts, getting a nuclear deal will be Modi's top priority during the visit.
