Rajkot, Jan 10 (ANI): Dozens of tourists join hundreds of Kite-flying enthusiasts from all cities of Gujarat and other parts of India and abroad during the ongoing international kite flying festival in Rajkot city of Gujarat. Over 130 kite masters from 27 countries and various states of India are participating in the festival. The festival is being organized in capital city, New Delhi, showbiz capital, Mumbai and Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Saputara, Mandvi and Dhordo Rann of Kutch districts in Gujarat. New Delhi, Jan 10 (ANI): The foreign ministry on Friday said that Devyani Khobragade, at the centre of the fraud visa row has been transferred to New Delhi from New York. Khobragade has reiterated her innocence on charges filed against her of visa fraud and underpaying her nanny, according to the ministry. The Indian diplomat is flying back to India and will take up her duties at the Ministry of External Affairs, but for now, her children will remain in US.
