New Delhi, Jan 18 (ANI): India said that extremist groups trying to deter domestic stability and internal security of Afghanistan are a key threat to the war-torn country's 2014 presidential polls scheduled for April, as the US plans a total pull-out of combat forces by this year end in absence of bilateral security agreement.
