Indian female athlete, Pinki Pramanik who was arrested for raping her live-in partner, also a woman, was released from Dum Dum Central prison on Wednesday. Pramanik, who was also accused of being male, walked out of the jail at around 9.30 a.m. a day after West Bengal court granted her bail on a personal bond of Rs. 5000.
