After a break of one week, "Scream Queens" is returning to Fox with Season 1 Episode 7 on Tuesday, 3 November. As of the previous episode, "Seven Minutes in Hell", almost everyone in the show has lost at least one person they care about, and all of them have come to understand that they may not be spared by The Red Devil either.

In the previous episode, we saw Chanel #3 (Billie Lourd) and Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin) both losing their significant others to the wrath of The Red Devil, and agreeing on a pact that they would do whatever it takes to outlive Chanel. While Sam (Jeanna Han) got asphyxiated, Chanel's #5's boyfriend Roger (Aaron Rhodes) succumbs to a nail gun attack.

The girls of Kappa Kappa Tau are beyond terrified and decide to seek the help of someone from the beyond, to help them understand what they are dealing with. They use the age-old human-ghost messenger service, Ouja Board, to communicate with one of the spirits lurking around in their sorority house.

They end up speaking to Chanel #2 (Ariana Grande), who was stabbed to death by The Red Devil while she was tweeting in Episode 1. She reveals to her sisters that there is a grave plot against one of them.

Meanwhile, Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) is forced to interact with her ex-husband's mistress due to a shocking turn of events. We usually see Munsch as a seductress and to see how she deals with the woman that seduced her husband away from her, would be interesting.
