Ryan Murphy's "Scream Queens" is killing off at least character in each episode and from the sinister way Episode 5 "Pumpkin Patch" ended, "Seven Minutes in Hell" is going to carry on that trend. However, the episode will see the sorority sisters sticking together to avert the murder – unsuccessfully.

In the previous episode, we learned that Gigi (Nasim Pedrad) is working with The Red Devil, and that she is the one directing him/her to choose the victims. We already know that Boone (Nick Jonas) faked his own death in Episode 1, and is also an ally of the Red Devil.

The working theory behind the Red Devil is that man man/woman behind the mask is the now-adult baby of the Kappa Kappa Tau sister that bled to death while giving birth in the bathtub of the house in 1995. After it has come to light that Gigi is partnered with The Red Devil, it seems like she may be the person that brought up the baby, and is now assisting him/her to exact revenge on the house that let his/her mother to bleed to death.

We already know that there are two people behind the Red Mask one of which is Gigi, and the other could very well be Boone; the son of the KKT sister. And from the looks of it, he has been instructed by Gigi to kill Wes (Oliver Hudson), her boyfriend. Towards the end of Episode 5 Gigi is seen telling the Devil that things almost got out of hand when Grace (Skyler Samuels) and her search party discovered his lair, and that "he" needs to be killed.

Seeing as Peter (Diego Boneto) has not come across as a real threat so far, and his death could at best only be collateral damage, she has to be talking about the other male in the search party, Wes. She also tells the Devil that she is going on a salad date with a special someone, attributing to Wes.

In an attempt to protect herself from the killer, Chanel makes a surprising decision, which leaves Zayday in a position of power. To stay close to each other, the girls of Kappa Kappa Tau host a slumber party, but when a shocking discovery is made, not everyone will survive the night.
