Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson is engaged to beau Romain Dauriac, according to a report by People magazine.
The engagement reportedly happened about a month ago but the 28-year-old actress managed to keep away from the media. She was spotted wearing a diamond ring during the screening of "Under the Skin" at the Venice International Film Festival.
"They're engaged and very happy," a source told People magazine. "I can confirm that Scarlett and Romain are engaged. They haven't chosen a date for the wedding," confirmed a representative of the couple.
The magazine also reported that the marriage proposal took place a month ago and the actress got a vintage Art Deco style ring from her beau.
Scarlett Johansson was earlier married to Ryan Reynolds before divorcing him in 2011 after three years of marriage. She described the divorce as "amicable" but at the same a "devastating one.
"Of course it's horrible. It was devastating. It really throws you. You think that your life is going to be one way, and then, for various reasons or whatever, it doesn't work out," the actress told Vogue magazine last year.
Who is Scarlett Johansson's new man - Romain Dauriac?
The "Lost in Translation" star has found the man of her life again after her first marriage ended in a divorce. Her beau Romain Dauriac is a French journalist. Just Jared reported that he was the former editor of French magazine "Clark.
It is reported that the couple had hardly dated nine months when Dauriac popped the question. The representative of the actress had denied engagement rumours in July when a ring was spotted in her client's finger but she has opened up this time around.
