Multilingual actor Sayaji Shinde has returned to Sandalwood with Kempiruve, a movie produced by Bengaluru-based techies. The actor has enacted the role and character of a politician in the forthcoming flick.
On asking why he picked up Kempiruve amid being busy with multiple projects, Sayaji Shinde says, "I enjoy working with youngsters. I love their enthusiasm and their eagerness to give everything for their films."
Talking about the movie, Sayaji Shinde says, "Kempiruve is a meaningful cinema and I personally like this kind of films. The maximum movies that I do are hero-centric movies and very rarely I get offers to be part of subject-oriented flicks, which is why I did not want to miss this Kannada film."
The actor also points out that he does not believe in doing dream roles as it happens accidentally. "The audience will be impressed with any role if an artiste gives his 100 percent," he adds.
Kempiruve has HG Dattatreya, popularly known as Dattanna, in the lead role. However, Sayaji Shinde has no scenes with him.
Sayaji Shinde is impressed by the young team behind Kempiruve. "As I said, they try to give their best shot. I liked director Venkat Bharadwaj's passion towards the film," the multilingual actor claims.
The movie is about how the system destroys the lives of middleclass people.
