Pawan Kalyan's "Sardaar Gabbar Singh" (Sardar/SGS) has been dubbed in Hindi and will be released along with the Telugu version April 8. While the Telugu film is likely to do well, here are five factors will help the Hindi version rake in good collection at the North India box office.

1. Tollywood Superstar Pawan Kalyan may not have acted in a Hindi film, but he is familiar face among the Hindi audience. Most of his recent Telugu movies have been released in Mumbai, Delhi and other parts of North and have done good business there. Most of them have been dubbed in Hindi and telecast in Hindi TV channels. His fans in North are surely waiting for the release of "Sardaar Gabbar Singh."
2. Marathi actor Sharad Kelkar, who is making his debut in Tollywood with "Sardaar Gabbar Singh," is a popular TV actor and has featured in several Hindi TV serials like "Saat Phere" and "Pati Patni Aur Woh," as well as reality shows like "Nach Baliye 2" and "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007." He is also part of hit Bollywood movies like "Hulchul," "1920: Evil Returns," "Ram-Leela" and "Hero." He has played a negative role in "Sardaar Gabbar Singh" and his presence is likely to pull the crowd to theatres.
3. Kajal Aggarwal is the daughter of a Mumbai-based entrepreneur Vinay and started her acting career with 2004 Bollywood film "Kyun! Ho Gaya Na..." before entering Tollywood with the 2007 film "Lakshmi Kalyanam." She has played female leads in Akshay Kumar's" "Special 26" and Ajay Devgn's "Singham," which have got her the much needed attention in North India. Her presence will also help to bring the viewers to theatres.
4. The makers of "Sardaar Gabbar Singh" have joined hands with Sunil Lulla's Eros International, which is one of the leading Bollywood production and distribution companies. Eros has bought the distribution rights of the film and is releasing its Hindi version in the North. Its unique promotional strategies and brand image will help the movie mint a good amount at the northern box office.
5. "Sardaar Gabbar Singh" is a sequel to "Gabbar Singh," which was the biggest Tollywood money spinner of 2012. "Gabbar Singh" is a remake of Salman Khan's "Dabangg" and some surprise elements, which were added in the Telugu version, grabbed eyeballs in the North India, where many film goers are curious to see how different the sequel is from "Dabangg 2."
Meanwhile, "Sardaar Gabbar Singh" is not the first movie to be dubbed and released in many languages. SS Rajamouli's "Bahubali: The Beginning" was dubbed and released simultaneously in Hindi, which collected Rs 120 crore nett at the Indian box office and $487,292 at the U.S. box office.
