Ever since actress Saranya Mohan gave birth to a baby boy in August 2016, her motherhood has become a subject of discussion for many netizens. Social media users had posted nasty comments after a media house published an article about the actress becoming a mother. It had even forced the 28-year-old and her husband to respond to the unpleasant behaviours of people.

Looks like people have no plans to stop interfering in the personal life of Saranya. The actress has been targeted again, this time as many are unhappy about her body shape. Many have been sharing photos and videos of the actress' look before and after pregnancy.
Saranya has reacted to the memes on her with the Facebook post:
"Happiness is mother hood .
Happiness is feeding my son .
Happiness is taking care of my family and I am proud of it :)"Birth is the epicenter of women's power." –Ani DiFranco
Seriously? Isn't it her own body that public do not have to bother about. Just because she has acted in few movies, doesn't mean she have to respond to such negative body shaming comments on her. It is natural for women to put on weight during pregnancy as their body is carrying another human being, and post pregnancy, it might take time for them to get back to the "ideal body shape" that many believe in.
However, Saranya's photo doing the rounds on social media looks slighly old, as the actress has lost her weight in her recent images posted on her Facebook page.
Until now, forcing actresses to retain their size zero shape was a big deal only in Bollywood, and we know how Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonakshi Sinha, Vidya Balan, among many other have given fitting replies to the people who have criticised them. Now, looks like people in South India too have started following the trend. But isn't it high time for people to stop peeping into the personal life of celebs? After all, they are also human beings who want to live peacefully in this society.
