Sshivada Nair weds Murali Krishnan
South Indian actress Sshivada Nair got hitched to actor Murali Krishnan in a small ceremony on 14 December. Murali is known for his roles in Vinayan's "Raghuvinte Swantham Raziya" and Dulquer Salmaan's "Second Show". Sshivada is known for her films "Su Su Sudhi Vathmeekam" and "Nedunchaalai". The couple were collegemates and had a traditional Kerala-style Hindu wedding ceremony attended by close friends and family.
Nimisha Suresh weds Jijish Janardhanan
South Indian actress Nimisha Suresh married pilot Jijish Janardhanan in a small ceremony at the Guruvayoor Temple in Kerala on 29 November. Nimisha is known for her roles in director Kamal's "Pachakuthira", "Mayavi", "Payum Puli", "Marykkundoru Kunjaadu", "Om Shanti Oshana", "Ithu Nammude Katha" and "Doctor Love", among others.
Actress Sandhya, often referred to as Kadhal Sandhya, tied the knot with IT professional Venkat Chandrasekharan at the Guruvayoor Temple in Kerala on 6 December. The marriage was a hush-hush affair due to the unprecedented rain in Chennai. Sandhya has acted in more than 30 films in all South Indian languages.
Arathi Ravi Pillai weds Adithya Vishnu
Kerala witnessed the lavish Rs 55-crore wedding ceremony of NRI businessman Ravi Pillai's daughter Arathy at Asramam Maidaan in Kollam on 26 November. The millionaire's daughter, a doctor by profession, married Kochi-based doctor Adithya Vishnu in an extravagant function attended by many celebrities, business tycoons and royal family members from the UAE. The bride was decked in diamond jewellery for the wedding as well as pre-wedding functions.

Asianet's popular reality show "Idea Star Singer"-fame Najim Arshad got married to dentist Thazni Thaha in a grand function in Punalur, Kerala, on 13 September. The wedding reception arranged for celebrities on 17 September in Kochi was attended by many actors and singers.
Saranya Mohan Marries Aravind Krishnan
South Indian actress Saranya Mohan married Dr Aravind Krishnan at Kottankulangara Devi Temple in Alappuzha on 6 September.
