After the grand wedding of popular TV couple Sanaya Irani and Mohit Sehgal, another TV actor has secretly tied the knot.
Ali Mercchant got married to his long-time girlfriend and investment banker Anam on 29 January. The wedding was a private affair and was attended by the couple's close friends and family. The ceremony took place in a farmhouse in Karjat.
The much-in-love couple Ali and Anam, also hosted a cocktail party in Karjat which was attended by Ali's good friends from the Telly industry Rohit Khurana, Kunal Verma, Sahil Anand, Aditya Redij, Yash Patnaik, Vishal Karwal among others.
Tia Bajpai performed on some of Bollywood's popular songs for the guests. Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who is a close friend of Ali, entertained all by singing some romantic numbers for the bride and groom, reported SpotboyE.
Ali was earlier married to popular TV actress Sara Khan. The duo got married during their stint inside the "Bigg Boss 4" house. However, soon after the show got over, the couple separated. Ali also went on record to say that he married Sara on national television for publicity.
On the workfront, Ali joined the cast of the new season of "Sadda Haq" as Nirmaan.
