The team of Santhanam's forthcoming Tamil movie, Server Sundaram, has now shifted to Dubai for filming some key portions and songs.
It is the final schedule of the shooting, since the major part has been done already in Chennai, Goa and Thenkasi. The makers now plan to shoot a song, pre-climax sequences and the climax over the next 12 days.
Talking about the warm reception that they received on their arrival in Dubai, the makers said, "The entire unit of Server Sundaram was astonished to see the tremendous fan base of Santhanam in Dubai. We all know that Santhanam has got a huge fan base in Tamil Cinema, but the grand welcome given by Santhanam fans in Dubai Airport has stunned us."
Selvakumar-produced Server Sundaram is a comedy film, written and directed by Anand Balki. The film stars Vaibhavi Shandilya as the female lead. Santhanam will be seen in the role of a chef in the film, which also stars Bijesh, the first grandson of legendary actor Nagesh who played the lead role in the 1964 classic film with the same title.
The film features Anandraj, Poonam Shah and others in supporting roles. Santhosh Narayanan has scored the music, and PK Varma has handled cinematography.
