Sanjay Dutt starrer "Lage Raho Munna Bhai" has completed its 10 golden years. The Rajkumar Hirani cult movie was released on Sept.1, 2006. Sanjay had reprised his role as Munna Bhai in the film and the movie further showcased how he turned into a Radio Jockey spreading 'Gandhigiri.'
Sanjay's role in the movie as an RJ won him widespread critical acclaim and is one of the most remembered roles of Bollywood. The actor is also referred as Munna Bhai in real life by his fans.
The way he had portrayed the character of a Radio Jockey in the movie has made him a popular figure among RJs. It soon became the actor's most loved characters among the audiences. RJs, especially across the country, love Sanju Baba for his performance in the movie and thank him for making their profession uber-cool amongst all the sections of society.

"Lage Raho Munna Bhai" is an Indian comedy drama film helmed by ace filmmaker Hirani and produced by known producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra. "Lage Raho Munna Bhai" is the recipient of four National Film Awards in addition to other awards.
The movie gives you immense dose of comedy and laughter along with a strong social message, when Munna Bhai after seeing the spirit of Gandhiji, which is an effect of hallucinations, starts helping common people in their everyday life to solve their problems which he terms as 'Gandhigiri.'
