Upcoming action title from Tecmo Koei, Samurai Warriors 4 has revealed the complete character list for the game.

Samurai Warriors 4 is a sequel to Samurai Warriors 3, which will be offering fans a huge list of 55 warriors, and many of them are returning from previous titles. Many more have been added to the game, which will be featuring the character-switch feature where players will be able to battle with two characters.

Samurai Warriors 4 will be portraying some historic tales that surround the battles in Story Mode. The Chronicle mode will allow players to finishing different quests, collecting items and meeting new officers.

It will also be featuring new manoeuvres like Hyper Attack (rapid movement with high powered attacks) and Rage Attack (finishing moves with mighty strikes), new battle modes with enhanced gameplay systems, officer development,

The developer also allows for co-op play using Network Play on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PS Vita and the data can be saved on all the three systems.

Samurai Warriors 4 will be released on 21 October , 2014 in North America for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
