Specifications of Samsung's speculated Galaxy Tab 3's 8.0-inch variant has been leaked online, thanks to Dutch website TechTastic which was one of the first to discover the Samsung tablet PC's existence on the GLBenchmark database.
According to the leaked benchmark listing, Galaxy Tab 3 (model number: SM-T311) 8.0-inch variant will boast of a HD 1280x800p display and is expected to run on Android mobile OS v4.2.2 Jelly Bean powered by a high speed 1.5 GHz dual-core Exynos 4412 processor with Mali-400 graphics engine and 2GB RAM.
Since the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch variant carries the SM-T311 as its model number, many tech websites across the globe seem to believe the legitimacy of the leaked specifications as the previous Galaxy Tab 3 model sported SM-T211 code-number.
Galaxy Tab 3 7-inch variant was officially released by Samsung on 29 April.
