Consumer electronics major Samsung unveiled a new 2016 series tablet the Galaxy Tab 10.1 A in Germany on Wednesday.
The new Galaxy Tab 10.1 A (2016) sports a 10.1-inch WUXGA PLS screen with 1920 x 1200p resolution and comes with 1.16GHz octa-core processor backed by 2GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt storage and a massive 7,300mAh battery.
It also features 8MP primary camera with full HD video recording ability and a 2MP snapper on the front for video chat.
The company has confirmed that the new Galaxy Tab 10.1 A (2016) will first hit stores in Europe next month. Samsung's new tablet comes in two variants — Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi + LTE – for €289 (around $329/Rs.21,940) and for €349 (around $397/Rs.26,496), respectively. Both the models will be made available in black and white colour options.
It is expected to be released in other parts including India later in the year.
