After weeks of speculation, South Korean electronics giant Samsung has finally pulled the wraps off its SCH-W789 flip smartpone in China.
The SCH-W789 smartphone sports a 3.3-inch HVGA dual-screens with 320x480p display resolution and runs on 4.1 Jelly Bean with 1GB RAM and 8GB inbuilt memory which can be expanded up to 32GB.
Other specifications include a 1.2GHz quad-core processor powered by 1500 mAh battery and a 5.0-megapixel camera with LED support.
In term of connectivity, the Dual-SIM Samsung flip phone features Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB v2.0 port and GPS.As of now, details regarding the release and price of the smartphone are still under wraps.
According to reports, Samsung is also rumoured to launch another flip smartphone with the company's premium branded series Galaxy Folder with high-end specs such as 2GB RAM, 1.7GH Snapdragon processor, bigger display (probably 3.7-inch screen with 4820x800p resolutions), 1820 mAh battery and LTE support in the coming days.
