After months of speculations, Samsung finally launched the new Galaxy J7 Prime in Vietnam on Thursday.
As the name suggests, it is an advanced version of the Galaxy J7 (2016). It sports a metal cover on the back and on the front, and flaunts a 5.5-inch full super AMOLED display with fingerprint sensor.
It comes packed with 1.6GHz octa-core CPU, backed by 3GB RAM, 32GB inbuilt storage and a 3,300mAh battery. It also boasts 13MP primary camera with f/1.9aperture, LED flash and a 5MP snapper with f/1.9 aperture.

The Galaxy J7 Prime is currently available in Vietnam for 6,290,000 VND (approx. $282/€253/Rs. 18,893) in two colour options — Gold and Black.
Will it debut in India?
Yes. Samsung is most likely to launch the new Galaxy J7 Prime, as it will have more products in the mid-range category to offer to consumers in India. Furthermore, rival Lenovo is expected to release the newly-unveiled Moto Z Play, which falls in the same range, soon in the country.
