Putting an end to weeks of speculations, Samsung has finally taken the wraps off the new budget smartphone - Galaxy J1 - in Malaysia.
Samsung's new Galaxy J1 sports a 4.3-inch WVGA TFT LCD screen and runs on the Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS.
Under the hood, it houses dual-core SoC (System on Chip), 512MB RAM, 4GB inbuilt memory and an 1850 mAh battery.
In terms of photography, it packs 5mp camera and a 2.0-megapixel snapper on the front.

The new Galaxy J1 will be made available initially in Malaysia and later in Europe for around €100 ($113/₹6934), SamMobile reported citing reliable sources.
