In late February, Samsung's high-end Galaxy Note Pro tablet hit stores in India. Now its budget sibling Galaxy Tab 3 Neo (Wi-Fi only) has been released.
The new Samsung device has been made been available at Infibeam (for ₹16,750) and other online stores, as well as the select brick-and-mortar shops across the country, reported AndroidOS.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Neo sports a WSVGA screen with 1024x600p resolutions and runs on Android v4.2 Jelly Bean OS powered by 1.2GHz Dual-core CPU, 1GB RAM, and 8GB inbuilt storage (expandable up to 32GB).
It also ships with a 2.0-megapixel camera on the rear side , a 3,600 mAh battery and boasts connectivity features like Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz Bandwidth), GPS+GLONASS for navigation.
Galaxy Tab 3 Neo will be competing with the local players such as Micromax Funbook Ultra HD P580, iBall Slide 3GQ1035, XOLO QC800 Tablet and also with other MNC branded rivals like Google-Asus Nexus 7 (2012), Lenovo Idea Tab A300 and others.
