Samsung is working hard to rebuild its empire after losing a massive share of its popularity to rivals like Apple, Xiaomi and others. The company is hoping its upcoming 2015 flagship smartphone is a game changer, and by the looks of it, Samsung may be right.
So far, there have been several rumours about Galaxy S6's features and specifications. Now, the manufacturer has joined the tease-game with #TheNextGalaxy teaser campaign on Twitter.
Samsung is dropping hints about what to expect from Galaxy S6, but it is smartly keeping the excerpts out of the picture. In Samsung's good old style, the video teasers and images give a glimpse of the upcoming flagship smartphone, which has got everybody curious about the launch. If the word is right, then the most-awaited Samsung Galaxy S6 along with its Edge companion will be unveiled at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2015 trade show next month.
Until then, we have a treat of all the videos, tweets and images Samsung has released so far. In addition, there is a roundup of all the rumoured specs we expect to see in both Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Edge.
Samsung's most recent video likely depicts the Galaxy S6's design. The short video clip shows a room with suspended art pieces. The background voice says: "I am crafted from the beautiful things I see around me. They shape who I am." The video ends with a dark image of one side of a smartphone and a tagline "I am #TheNextGalaxy."

Prior to this, Samsung released a video where it talks about more power and getting things done faster. There's a logo of a lightning bolt at the end of the video suggesting a vast range of possibilities. It may refer to quick charging (wireless) or even faster processor. In the video, Samsung says, "The faster I am, the more that gets done and the more time I can give to others. I am TheNextGalaxy."

In the first teaser last week, Samsung was clearly pointing towards the upgraded camera in the Galaxy S6. The video says: "Great vision. A unique view. That's what inspires me."

While the teaser videos and images conceal the real deal, there are rumorus outlining the possible features and specs that are part of the next Galaxy smartphone. Galaxy S6 is expected to pack a 5.1-inch 2K display with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution, 20.1MP rear-camera with OIS and 4K recording, 5MP front snapper and Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor for US handsets and Exynos 7420 64-bit SoC for international variants.
The flagship smartphone will come in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB variants with expandable options. Android 5.0 Lollipop will serve as the OS while an upgraded TouchWiz is expected in Galaxy S6.
All these features hold good for the Edge variant, which will have either one or two curved sides.
The major Unpacked press event is scheduled to kick off in Barcelona on 1 March, where all the mysteries will be solved.
