Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has been in news ever since the Galaxy S5 was unveiled. The much-hyped device is reportedly arriving in the second half of the year and is expected to have a massive feature upgrade over its predecessor, the Galaxy Note 3.

The South Korean electronics giant is tight-lipped on its upcoming flagship device, but several reports have claimed that it would be unveiled in September, the same month Galaxy Note 3 was released a year ago.

According to reports that have emerged over the last few months, Galaxy Note 4 may sport a 5.7-inch super Amoled display, which is the same as Galaxy Note 3. However, Note 4 may have a 2560x1440 resolution with 500+ ppi, as compared to its predecessor's 1080 x 1920 pixels with 386 ppi pixel density. Other than 3 GB RAM, which is expected to be seen in both the devices, Samsung fans can expect massive upgrade in the upcoming next-generation smartphone.

According to Samsung4Note website, the device will feature S-Pen stylus with updated gestures and air command. Lee Younghee, executive vice president of Samsung's mobile business has confirmed to the Wall Street Journal that the company is thinking of a flexible display for its upcoming Galaxy Note device, according to a report by Tech Radar.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is most likely to see the light of day in September, though Samsung has kept mum all this while. According to Android Geeks, an insider has revealed that Galaxy Note 4 would be unveiled on 3 September this year and the invitation to the Unpacked event would be sent out in mid-August. The Korea Times had earlier reported citing sources that the device would be unveiled at the the upcoming annual IFA trade fair in Berlin, Germany this September.
