Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Specs Leaked, To Feature 8-Core GPU, 3GB RAM

Nearly two months after the global launch of Samsung Galaxy S4, reports have emerged that the South Korean giant is working on the next Galaxy Note phablet with far more superior specs than Galaxy S4.

Sources close to Samsung community blog SamMobile have revealed that Galaxy Note 3 would sport a mammoth 5.99-inch Super AMOLED Full HD display powered by the company's in-house built Exynos 5 Octa-core processor and run on either Android mobile OS v4.2 Jelly Bean or an upgraded v4.3 OS.

Sources have also revealed that Galaxy Note 3 will feature a powerful 8-core graphics engine and 3GB RAM, an upgrade from the tri-core PowerVR SGX 544 GPU and 2GB RAM in Galaxy S4.

The Galaxy Note 3 is also expected to pack a 13.0-megapixel main camera. SamMobile also claimed that the size of the new phablet is expected to be similar to Samsung's recently released Galaxy Mega 5.8, but with a very thin bezel.

The third iteration of Galaxy Note is expected to be unveiled around August or in September (6-11) at IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin), Germany, the same international electronics trade event in which Galaxy Note 2 was unveiled a year ago.  

Leaked specifications of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 include:
