Specifications of Samsung's rumoured budget phablet Galaxy Note 3 Neo have surfaced online, hinting its launch is just around the corner.
Back in September, during the lead up to the Galaxy Note 3 unveiling, there were rumours regarding the possible launch of a low-cost variant beside the premium model, though it never materialized. Now, the leaked specs list has breathed life back into the speculation.
Technology blog GSMArena has got hold of a Samsung internal document, speculated to be of the alleged Galaxy Note 3 Neo. The leaked archives show a phone that sports a 5.55-inch HD super AMOLED screen and runs on the Android Jelly Bean OS out-of-the-box.
It also houses 2GB RAM, 16GB (expandable up to 64GB), 8.0-megapixel camera, 1.9-megapixel and a 3100 mAh battery. The features listed in the document are very much similar to Samsung's 2012 phablet Galaxy Note 2. However, one interesting specification is that the Galaxy Note 3 Neo will pack a more advanced chipset - Hexa (6)-core CPU (with 1.7GHz dual-cores and 1.3GHz quad-core).
Even though rumours of the Galaxy Note 3 Neo is circulating in the media, Samsung is yet to respond to the report.
