South Korean tech giant Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy Note 3 Neo phablet in India.
Note 3 Neo, the cheaper variant of Galaxy Note 3, will be available in the country at a price tag of 40,900. Note 3 Neo shares similarities with Note 3 and flaunts a 5.5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) Super AMOLED display, powered by a hexa-core chipset with two 1.7GHz Cortex-A15 cores and four 1.3GHz Cortex A7 cores.
Measuring 148.8mm in length and 77.4mm in width ,the phablet packs 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded by upto 64GB with a microSD card. It houses an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and BSI sensor and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Like other Galaxy Note series devices, the latest offering of Samsung also comes with S Pen and offers Air Command and Easy Clip features, and also supports Multi Window and S Note.
Connectivity options of the device include Wi-Fi, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, Bluetooth, Infrared and 3G. The Galaxy Note 3 Neo comes with preloaded apps, such as Samsung Apps, Samsung ChatON, Samsung WatchON, Samsung Link, Screen Mirroring, S Voice, S Health, Group Play, Smart Scroll, Smart Pause, Air View, Story Album and S Translator among others. It runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box and comes loaded with a 3,100 mAh battery.
