Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Display Panel Snapshot Leaked Ahead of Launch, May Feature 5.68-Inch Display

A snapshot of Galaxy Note 3 display panel with measurement details has surfaced online just a week before Samsung's much-anticipated event kicks off.

Japanese smartphone component dealer, Etrade Supply has got the alleged display panel of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 3. It said that the phablet's screen measures exactly 5.68-inches (diagonally) in length and just 2.2 mm thick.

Samsung official on Tuesday (26 August) confirmed that the South Korean company will launch Galaxy Note 3 along with Galaxy Gear smart watch on 4 September in Berlin.  

According to earlier reports, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is said to sport a super AMOLED full HD display and run on the latest Android v4.3 Jelly Bean OS with 3GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt memory.

Galaxy Note 3 is expected to be sold in two variants - one will be powered by 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 series processor in developed markets where 4G network are operational, and another to be powered by Samsung's very own Exynos 5420 Octa-core processor and be made available in developing markets of Asia (including India) and African markets that are yet to have advanced network.

Galaxy Gear is speculated to boast of calling feature, internet browsing and enable users to check text messages and email. Users just have to download a smartwatch app to connect their wristwatch to smartphone through Bluetooth.
