Samsung's mid-range smartphone Galaxy J5 Prime that was released in India on September 19 is now available in Australia. The handset is currently available for purchase in gold and black colours on JB Hi-Fi.
The Galaxy J5 Prime comes with a price tag of AUD 399 in Australia.

The smartphone is metal-clad, measures 142.8x69.5x8.1mm in dimension, sports a 5.0-inch HD display with 720x1,280 pixels (294 ppi pixel denity), powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core CPU and runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system.
The Galaxy J5 Prime features a 16GB internal memory expandable up to 256GB via microSD card, a 2GB RAM, a 13MP main camera with LED flash f/1.9 aperture and CMOS sensor, a 5MP front-snapper with f/2.2 aperture and CMOS sensor, and a 2,400mAh battery.
In terms of connectivity, the device supports fingerprint sensor, 4G-LTE with VoLTE (Voice-over-LTE), dual-SIM slots, Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), GLONASS, A-GPS, S Power planning mode, S secure with folder lock option, S bike mode, and ultra data saving mode.
