Leading smartphone-maker Samsung is reportedly planning to launch popular budget phone Galaxy J3 (2016) series in Europe.
Samsung has begun listing Galaxy J3 (2016) in the official consumer support pages of Italy and Spain. The company's Netherlands arm has gone a step ahead by revealing the key features of the device, hinting that Galaxy J3 (2016) will finally hit stores in Europe.
In a related development, a Germany-based e-commerce firm Notebooksbilliger has revealed that Galaxy J3 (2016) will cost €189 ($212/Rs 14, 182) and has started taking pre-orders, reported SamMobile.
However, there is no official word from Samsung on when exactly the Galaxy J3 (2016) will be made available in retail stores (both online and brick-and-mortar shops).
For the uninitiated, the Galaxy J3 (2016) series was first unveiled in China in November. It garnered overwhelming response in China and that's probably why Samsung is making arrangements in Europe.
Earlier this week, popular Twitter spy Evan Blass (aka @evleaks) claimed that Galaxy J3 (2016) is on the way to the American market via network carrier AT&T.
