Samsung's yet-to-be launched Galaxy J5, has been reportedly spotted at a benchmarking site revealing the key specifications of the device.
Samsung community blog SamMobile, while leafing through the GFX Bench database, has stumbled on an un-released Samsung smartphone – Galaxy J5 (codenamed SM-J500F) being tested on the Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.
According to the entry, Galaxy J5 sports 5.0-inch full HD display and come shipped with 64-bit class Snapdragon 410 SoC (System on Chip) backed by 1.5GB RAM and 8GB inbuilt memory.
On the photography front, Galaxy J is said to come equipped with 12mp camera with LED flash on the rear-side and 5mp snapper on the front-side.
As of now, there is no official word on where or when this smartphone will make its debut, but going by the specification list, Samsung is expected to retail Galaxy J5 in emerging markets like China, India and other developing markets to make comeback in the mid-range segment, which was overtaken by emerging start-ups like Xiaomi and Micromax in 2014.
