Samsung's new mid-range smartphone dubbed as Galaxy Grand Neo has been made available in India.
For the past few days, Samsung India, in its official Facebook page, had been teasing about a new phone with a tag - 'Design a Neo Life' leading to confusion whether the company would launch recently unveiled Galaxy Note 3 Neo (phablet) or the Galaxy Grand Neo, now Indian e-retailers have finally put an end to the suspense as they have begun selling the mid-range smartphone.
Galaxy Grand Neo sports 5.0-inch WVGA (480x800p) TFT screen and runs Android v4.2 Jelly Bean OS powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM and 16GB (expandable up to 64GB).
Other stipulated specifications include 5.0-megapixel camera (with LED flash, auto-focus), a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-camera for video chat, a 2010 mAh battery, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth v4.0 (with LE, A2DP), USB v2.0 connectivity, GLONASS and A-GPS for navigation.
The Galaxy Grand Neo is now available at both online shops and brick-and-mortar shops with prices ranging from ₹17,900 to ₹18,690.
