After weeks of speculations, Samsung has officially launched the new budget Android smartphone Galaxy Core Prime in India.
Samsung's new Galaxy Core Prime sports 4.5-inch WVGA screen with PLS technology for better wider viewing angle and house Android 4.4 KitKat powered by 1.2GHz quad-core CPU, 1GB RAM and expandable memory (up to 64GB).
It also boasts of 2,000mAh battery with ultra-power saving feature, where in the device can run for 1.2 days straight with just 10% power under stand-by mode.
Samsung Galaxy Core Prime Price and Availability Details:
As of now, the new Galaxy Core Prime is currently listed at the company's official Samsung India e-Store for ₹9,700, but the sale of the device is yet to take off. Details regarding the availability are expected to be announced by the company soon.

Galaxy Core Prime will be up against the likes of Motorola Moto E, Moto G (Gen 1), Microsoft Lumia 535, Asus Zenfone 4 series, Huawei Honor Holly Android One series (Micromax Canvas A1, Spice Dream UNO & Karbonn Sparkle V), Xiaomi Redmi 1S, Panasonic Eluga S , Xolo Selfie 50, Xolo One, Micromax Canvas Xpress A99, and other domestic brands.
