Samsung's popular mid-range smartphone Galaxy A9 Pro, which made its debut in May 2016, came with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. Now, the device is expected finally get Google's sugar candy flavoured Nougat update very soon.
The Galaxy A9 Pro bearing model number: SM-A910 series has been spotted on not one, but two performance testing sites — Geekbench and GFXBench — running Android Nougat OS, hinting Samsung has commenced software testing on the device.
However, the Galaxy A9 Pro is most likely to get the original v7.0, not the latest v7.1.1. Having said that, the device is confirmed to get all major feature upgrades with May or the latest Google June security patch.
