Indian arm of consumer electronics giant Samsung launched the high-end tablet Galaxy NotePro and affordable slate Galaxy Tab 3 Neo (aka Lite) today.
Galaxy NotePro flaunts a superior 12.2-inch WQXGA (1600x2560) LCD screen and runs on the latest Android v4.4 KitKat OS, powered by Exynos 5 Octa-core processor (with 1.9 GHz quad-core＋1.3 GHz quad-core) with 3GB RAM and comes with 32/64GB storage models. It also houses an 8.0-megapixel main camera (with LED flash, auto-focus) and 2.0-megapixel and a 9500 mAh battery.
On the other hand, Galaxy Tab 3 Neo sports a 7.0-inch WSVGA (1024x600p) screen and ships with Android v4.2 Jelly Bean (with TouchWiz UI) out-of-the-box. Inside, it packs a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB (expandable up to 32GB), 2.0-megapixel camera, 3600 mAh battery and also boasts Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n; 2.4GHz Bandwidth), Bluetooth v4.0, USB v2.0, GPS GLONASS for navigation.
Both tablets had made their global debut in January. Now Galaxy NotePro and Galaxy Tab 3 Neo have set foot in India, with a price-tag of ₹64,900 and ₹16,490 respectively.
Apart from these two tablets, Samsung also launched a phablet Galaxy Note 3 Neo (cheaper variant of the premium Galaxy Note 3) for ₹40,900 and a mid-range smartphone Galaxy Grand Neo in India (for more information, click here).
