Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu says she has noticed a big change in superstar Mahesh Babu, while her another colleague Junior NTR is the same as he was when she met him on the sets of "Brindavanam."
At present, Samantha is the busiest actress down south and she has been working round the clock on her big-ticket projects like "Theri," "24," "A…Aa" and "Brahmotsavam." Both her Tamil projects were released in theatres recently and entered the list of big hit films of her career. She is now busy promoting her upcoming Telugu movies, which are slated to hit screens in the next few weeks.
The actress first teamed up with Mahesh Babu for "Dookudu" in 2011 and later, featured in another film "Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu" in 2013. Both the movies became blockbuster hits at the box office and her chemistry with Prince was one of the factors for the huge success. Hence, she has been once again paired up with him in "Brahmotsavam," which will release on May 20.
When quizzed about working with him, Samantha heaped praise on Mahesh Babu and said that he has inspired her a lot. She says the actor has changed a lot over the years. Though his mass films do well at the box office, he is focusing on the script-oriented films and he wants try new things with his new films.
"I have seen a big change in him as an actor. He can do a mass film and easily make Rs 100 crore, but now he is looking for content based films. He wants to test himself and is always looking for something new. During shooting he works very hard and even if he is tired he will give that extra shot without complaint," Deccan Chronicle quoted Samantha as saying.
Junior NTR is another Telugu actor, who she has shared screen space with in three movies like "Brindavanam" (2010), "Ramayya Vasthavayya" (2013) and "Rabhasa" (2014). She is currently working with him in his upcoming movie "Janatha Garage." When asked about the change in him, she says the young tiger is indifferent towards the performance of his films at the box office.
"He is the same, exactly how he was a few years back for Brindavanam. That's the great thing of Jr NTR, he never changes; whether a film is a hit or a flop, he is the same person. He is rock solid and nothing affects him, and I love his personality. Recently I met his son Abhay Ram and he is the carbon copy of Jr NTR. I met his wife Pranathi too and they are a beautiful family," Samantha told DC.
