While fans are eagerly waiting to listen to the first song from Salman Khan's "Sultan", singer Lucky Ali reportedly had a brawl with the makers of the film over the lyrics for a track. Lucky Ali was supposed to sing a song for "Sultan", but his dislike of the lyrics led to a nasty argument between the singer and Yash Raj Films head Aditya Chopra, reports Spotboye.
The report said Lucky expressed dissatisfaction regarding the song's lyrics but the makers of the Salman-starrer did not agree with him. "How can you have such mediocre lyrics in such a big film?" the report quoted Lucky as telling the makers of the song.
The argument heated up and eventually Lucky Ali left the studio without recording the song, the report added. "It is not certain if Lucky will record the song now. YRF might have to find a replacement," the report quoted a source as saying.
A few days ago, director Ali Abbas Zafar had tweeted about shooting the first song of "Sultan". "Shooting songs are the best just finished 1st day of song today with @BeingSalmanKhan. People leaving set humming the tune..happy feeling (sic)," he tweeted. The first song of the film has reportedly been sung by Arijit Singh. Reports suggest it is a dance number that will have Salman shaking his legs in a pub.
Salman plays the role of a wrestler in the film, which has Anushka Sharma as the female lead. "Sultan" is expected to be released on Eid this year.
