Salman Khan's "Kick" turned out to be one of the biggest hits last year, and since then the makers have been mulling a sequel.
And in a recently held award ceremony, the "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" actor revealed his plans to work with his "Kick" director Sajid Nadiadwala once again. However, he clarified that Jacqueline Fernandez will not be a part of the sequel.
Considering how close Salman and Jacqueline had grown, this bit of news shocked listeners, who wondered if all is well between the duo.
However, the Sri Lankan beauty was quick enough to clarify the issue. "If not in Kick 2, Inshallah there will be more movies with Salman," she said according to Bollywood Life.
Surprisingly, Jacqueline, who is all set to star in Karan Johar's "Brothers", went on to say that she is keen on seeing Deepika Padukone romancing Salman in "Kick 2".
"I want to see Salman Khan and Deepika in KICK 2. It's a fresh pair & they'll look great," the "Roy" actress said in a recently held press conference.
While Salman and Deepika haven't worked together, latest reports suggest that the makers of "Sultan" are keen on to cast Deepika opposite Salman.
Meanwhile, Sajid has reportedly registered the title "Devil" for the sequel.
