Comedian Kapil Sharma's show might go off air as the TRP ratings of The Kapil Sharma Show is falling. The recent buzz is that the comedy show might be replaced by Salman Khan's Dus Ka Dum, which is said to appear on Sony channel soon.
Before Bigg Boss, Salman got a big break on television as the host of Dus Ka Dum for two seasons. And now it has been reported that it will be back for the third time, according to DNA.
It looks like the channel is facing loss due to The Kapil Sharma Show, which was once the highest earning show on TV. But post Kapil-Sunil Grover's fight, everything changed in one night. Sunil, Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar left the show and it made the TRP fall drastically.
As per recent reports, Sony TV intends to restart Salman's show and get it back on air for a third season. Salman, the host of the original run, will be roped to come back as the host for the third season as well.
DNA further reported that a final meeting is yet to take place between the superstar and the channel in a few days and the show might go on air in July. However, no official statement has come from Salman or Sony channel as of now.
The previous seasons welcomed many Bollywood stars as guests, including Ranbir Kapoor, Rani Mukherji, Aamir Khan, Imran Khan, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Kangana Ranaut and Kareena Kapoor.
