Salman's "Bajrangi Bhaijaan", which is 2015's biggest blockbuster till date, will premiere on television on 11 October at 12.30 pm on Star Gold channel.
Released on 17 July, "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" went on to become the second film to enter Rs 300 crore club in India after "PK".
Star network has obtained the satellite rights of "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" as a part of its Rs 500 crore deal with Salman to broadcast all films featuring the actor for five years, according to a report in Bollywood Life.
Interestingly, on the same day (11 October), Salman's "Bigg Boss 9" will premiere at 9 pm on Colors channel. However, after the opening episode, the show will air every Monday to Friday at 10.30 pm.
Unlike its previous seasons, the latest edition of the most watched TV show promises to bring in juicy gossips, controversies and surprises to keep its viewers hooked to their TV sets.
The theme of the ninth season is "Double Trouble" where contestants will be competing in couples. The couples will have to reportedly face their exes, and their lives inside the house will be made tougher by introducing monitored crying babies.
However, concrete details regarding the new season are yet to be revealed by the makers.
