Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has threatened to quit Twitter if fans do not stop trolling Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and his other colleagues from the film industry.

Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan are the most popular actors in Bollywood and they have the most number of fans when compared to any other star in the industry. But these fans often keep fighting among themselves over some aspect of their lives. Twitter has been a platform where fans don't hesitate to use abusive language to troll any of the Khans.

All the Khans have often requested their fans to stop quarrelling, but their words have fallen to deaf ears, especially after the Khans reunited at Salman's sister's wedding, they seem to have taken it seriously and warned their fans against Twitter rants a few times, but the fights are still on.

On 7 June, Salman Khan took to his Twitter page to warn those followers with false identities. The actor tweeted, "How many of u r on false identities n y? Fan who is on a false identity using it to put another actor, friend, colleague down, is no fan of mine, don't like. simple funda hai."

But Salman Khan seemed to be serious about ending the fans' war and reuniting his fans with the fans of other two Khans, as he sent out a strong message on Twitter. In a series of tweets posted late on 9 June, he made it clear to his followers that he would quit Twitter, if they do not stop trolling and using abusive language against Shah Rukh and Aamir Khan.
