Salman Khan recently said that he is against reckless bike riding as it causes risk to people's lives. The actor's comment gave Twitterati a chance to recall the hit-and-run case against him.
Salman was speaking at the launch of his e-cycle. The Tubelight actor was asked to comment of youngsters racing on the streets.

"I think cycles are okay but motorcycles are really dangerous for them, and for other people around as well. We shoot in Film City so I see on the highway people racing recklessly. I am against that. If you want to race, do it on the race track and not on main roads, putting yourself and an innocent life in danger," Salman said at the event.
Salman was accused of causing the death of a person in a 2002 hit-and-run case. He was accused of driving his car in an inebriated condition and running it on a pavement where some people were sleeping. One person was killed and four others were injured in the accident.
Although Salman was declared innocent by the Bombay High Court, many on Twitter started trolling the actor for his statement saying that it is like Vijay Mallya advocating timely loan payment. People have been posting funny tweets suggesting that Salman talking about road safety is one of the most ironical things. Check some of the tweets trolling Salman:
