There have been reports that Salman Khan will be seen in "Dhoom 4," and now latest buzz suggests that Vaani Kapoor will be seen as the female lead in the fourth instalment of the popular "Dhoom" series.
Vaani, who is currently busy shooting for "Befikre," has become a favourite of Yash Raj Films and the production house is planning to present her as the female lead of much awaited "Dhoom 4," reports SpotboyE.
Vaani will be seen opposite Ranveer Singh in YRF's next venture "Befikre" and if the reports of she being considered for the next part of "Dhoom" franchise is true, the actress certainly will have a big jump in her career.
There has been much speculation on the cast of "Dhoom 4," both for the male as well as female lead. There were rumours that Amitabh Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan will be a part of "Dhoom 4" cast but director Vijay Krishna Acharya had denied the buzz. Hrithik had appeared as the male lead in "Dhoom 2. There was also a buzz suggesting that Parineeti Chopra will be seen as the film's heroine.
While rumours are doing the rounds that Salman will appear in the action thriller, buzz is that the "Sultan" actor will not be seen as a hero but as a baddie. Earlier reports said that Salman has been roped in as villain in "Race 3" as well and wants to have a profit-sharing ratio with YRF for "Dhoom 4."
"Salman wants to play a cool, stylish villain. He has never played one before. His negative role in 'Race 3' is almost finalized, but discussions are still on with Aditya Chopra for 'Dhoom 4'. The issue is a financial one where Salman wants a stake in D:4, just like Aamir had in Dhoom 3. Salman wants the same profit sharing ratio that was offered to the D:3 star. Once that is finalised, he's on," DNA had quoted a source as saying.
