Salman Khan released the trailer of Sooraj Pancholi-Athiya Shetty starrer "Hero" on 15 July at 5pm.
The two-minute-52-second video showed Sooraj (played by Sooraj) who fights to get his love, Radha (Athiya).
"Hero" is the remake of 1983 Subhash Ghai directorial with the same title that featured Jackie Shroff and Meenakshi Seshadri. The remake, which has newcomers Sooraj (son of actor Aditya Pancholi) and Athiya (daughter of Sunil Shetty) in the lead roles, is produced by the "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" actor and Subash Ghai.

After releasing the first look of Athiya and Sooraj in their debut film, the makers unveiled poster featuring the fresh pair on Wednesday.
Before the trailer release, debutant Sooraj expressed his nervousness on his micro-blogging site. "The journey begins today!! Very nervous but excited about the #HERO trailer! THANK YOU soo soo much @BeingSalmanKhan @nickadvani sir! :)" he tweeted.
Earlier, Salman Khan had revealed the first look of Sooraj in "Hero" on his Twitter handle. While Sooraj's first look was rough and fierce, Athiya looked like a fun-loving girl.
"Hero" also has Govinda and Vinod Khanna in important roles and Salman has also made a special appearance in it. The film is slated to be released on 11 September.
