The shooting of Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer "Kick" will commence on Saturday in Glasgow.
Salman is reportedly performing some tough stunts himself for "Kick", which marks the directorial debut for producer Sajid Nadiadwala.
Confirming the commencement of the film, Sajid told BollywoodHungama, "We were always supposed to start on July 27, and we're starting on 27th."
"Sajid wanted the locations to be completely unexposed. He intends to film some unique action sequences in Glasgow. Lately Salman has avoided doing heavy-duty stunts because of his neurological condition. But this time Salman would be performing all the stunts himself. Sajid has taken all precautions to ensure Salman's safety," a source close to the filmmaker added.
While Salman will kick off the shooting of "Kick" on Saturday, the leading lady of the movie will join him for her part by the end of July.
"Jacqueline will start shooting for "Kick" by the end of this month. The first schedule will be shot in Britain and she is very excited about this project," a source told IANS.
"Kick" is Jacqueline's first movie opposite Salman and the Srilankan beauty is excited. Speaking about the movie and the "Dabangg" star, Jacqueline told Hindustan Times, "I was called one day to meet Sajid Nadiadwala and he wanted me to be a part of Kick. I was obviously dying to bag the role. I said yes to the film even before hearing the script because it's Salman Khan. Everyone wants to work with an actor of Salman's statue."
Slated to hit the screens in 2014, "Kick" is the Hindi remake of superhit Telugu movie with the same title starring Ravi Teja and Ileana D'Cruz in leading roles.
