Rapper-musician Yo Yo Honey Singh is finally back from hiding with a new and improved version of himself, which is fetching him quite some attention. If reports are to be believed, he has grabbed a single in Salman Khan's next, "Sultan."
According to SpotboyE, Honey apparently bonded with Salman at his Bandra residence (Mumbai) along with a host of other stars such as Sonam Kapoor and Mahesh Manjerakar after attending the Zee Cine Awards 2016.
This development is interesting as much as it is strange. Shah Rukh Khan and Honey's friendship apparently went sour during the SLAM! The Tour concert and it was only last month the two put rumours rest by sharing a selfie on social media.
Considering they go way back, it was being thought the rapper would make a comeback with one of SRK's films. However, it would be too soon to assume Honey wasn't given an opportunity by the "Fan" star as the latter's upcoming projects hardly have scope for peppy numbers.
In other news, "Sultan" is said to have a solid storyline and its central characters are wrestlers. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the action-drama features Anushka Sharma in the lead. The actress has been training hard for her role and is trying her best to add real shades to it.
"This is the reason she is training with male wrestlers. She wants to understand their body language, and make it seem as real as possible, since the tradition will be replicated in the movie," a source told the Hindustan Times (Feb. 19, Mumbai edition.)
