Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez's equation was said to be charting choppy waters, but the newest development paints a different picture altogether. Both the stars will come together to entertain a live audience in Surat, Gujarat, reports BollywoodLife.
To be held on Feb. 19, Salman Live Concert isn't only about these two. Elli Avram, Lauren Gottlieb, and Chitrangada Singh will have peppy numbers to perform to. "Tere Bin Laden 2: Dead or Alive" actor Manish Paul has been roped in as host, whereas Gutthi (Sunil Grover) and Daadi (Ali Asgar) of "Comedy Nights With Kapil" will keep the fun factor alive with their side-splitting gags. Also, singers Nakash Aziz and Neha Kakkar will charm people with their fun renditions.
What happens to the show is best left to time, but Khan and Fernandez's fans can heave a sigh of relief now that the cold vibes seem to have died down. Rumours of them not being on good terms first emerged after the "Sultan" actor made comments about the Sri Lankan beauty being "kicked out" of "Kick 2" last year.
This was followed by a string of explanations made by the stars in question trying to say to the world that they were A-OK and had no differences on the personal front. The news of the rift surfaced one more time when an actress told the web portal that Fernandez was desperate for Khan's attention and was cosying up to him at the backstage of a popular award show.
"We've seen other actresses cosy up to Salman. Lot of actresses are thriving in Bollywood thanks to Khan promoting them. Seeing Jacqueline's behaviour that evening, we could say she could be the honorary member of that club," she further added.
