It is now evident that superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan, have their own lucky charms, i.e., their lucky months. But it looks like Salman, who already has Eid releases, is now eyeing Aamir's Christmas month.
Most of Aamir's movies get released in December, including his last blockbuster Dangal. But this year, Salman has booked the Christmas slot for Tiger Zinda Hai. This could be the reason why Aamir hasn't set a timeline for the release of Thugs of Hindostan.
Earlier, Aamir's Secret Superstar was slated to be released in August, but then Shah Rukh's Jab Harry Met Sejal is set for an August release. As a result, none of Aaamir movies will hit the screens this year.
On the other hand, Salman is not only ruling this Eid with Tubelight, but also Christmas with Tiger Zinda Hai. Mumbai Mirror recently learnt that Sajid Nadiadwala has booked Christmas 2019 for Kick 2.
We wonder what Aamir has to say on this matter. Recently, at an event, Salman took a dig at Aamir, who had once confessed that he wanted Salman to get married soon. To this, the Sultan actor replied: "Yes, I have read somewhere that Aamir wants to make me get married and is ready to tie my hands and feet. I can only retort that I have also decided to tie his hands and feet to see to it that he does not get married a third time in his life."
Hopefully, the box office clash doesn't come between the two friends. Meanwhile, Salman is busy promoting his upcoming movie Tubelight. He was recently seen riding his Being Human bicycle on Mumbai roads wearing a Tubelight sweatshirt.
