Salman Khan is known to be one superstar who has helped several Bollywood newcomers in their careers and the latest to benefit are "Hero" movie stars Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty.
Salman Khan has been actively associated with the making and promotion of "Hero" and the superstar is leaving no stone unturned to make Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty popular among the masses.
Produced under the banner of Salman Khan Films (SKF), the movie "Hero" is the debut film for both Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty. Although Salman Khan happens to be only the producer of the film, he is apparently doing a lot more than just a producer.
Director Nikhil Advani recently said that Salman Khan personally looked into the editing of the film and chopped off 30 minutes of the movie. Moreover, he also recorded a song titled "Main hoon hero tera" for the movie in his own voice, which instantly became a hit.
It is being said that Salman Khan is having more influence in the movie "Hero" than the film's director himself and the latter's words suggest the same too. Along with "Hero", Nikhil Advani is also the director of Imran Khan-Kangana Ranaut starrer upcoming movie "Katti Batti".
"It totally satisfies me as a director. What it allowed me to do is while 'Hero' was being made, I also made 'Katti Batti'. 'Hero' is a producer's film, 'Katti Batti' is a director's film," IBN Live quoted Nikhil Advani as saying.
On the other side, Aamir Khan who played a key role during the promotions of his nephew Imran Khan's debut film "Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na" recently watched "Katti Batti" and was spotted coming out of the theatres with tears in his eyes. While, Aamir Khan was apparently impressed by the film "Katti Batti", Mr Perfectionist was trolled on social media for his crying antics.
Aamir Khan was also spotted crying after watching Salman Khan's "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" some days ago.
