Salman Khan is a freewheeler and takes life as it comes. While this attitude inspires his fans, it has often landed him in trouble. The poaching case verdict is yet to be announced and the actor has already broken a couple of traffic rules, which could cost him a fine and may be a jail term too.
According to a DNA report, the actor was seen riding a two-wheeler on Panvel roads sans helmet and number plate. Although it was for a film sequence, the superstar apparently needed to wear helmet for safety purposes.
Violation of the Motor Vehicle Act (1988) may amount to a Rs 100 fine (first time) to Rs 300 (subsequent offence). Inability to produce permit for the vehicle might result in a fine of Rs 5,000 and 3 month-long imprisonment.
Salman is currently shooting for Sooraj Barjatya's "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" alongside Sonam Kapoor, who is recovering from the dreaded H1N1 virus. In the family drama, he will be seen playing a prince as well as a commoner. He will then move on to Karan Johar's "Shuddhi" and Ali Abbas Zafar's "Sultan".
"I have Sooraj and Kabir's film now. Then I move on to No Entry Mein Entry. I also have YRF's Sultan and a film with Mahesh Manjrekar along with Karan Johar's Shuddhi," he told DNA. The superstar has a lot riding on him and his hands are full till 2017.
He has a history of delivering blockbusters and his previous films, "Kick", "Jai Ho", "Dabangg 2", "Ek Tha Tiger", "Bodyguard", have gone on to become money-churners at the box office, making him one of the most bankable stars of the Hindi film industry.
