Salman Khan, who was busy with Sooraj Barjatya's "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" in Rajasthan, has resumed shooting for Kabir Khan's much ambitious project "Bajrangi Bhaijaan".
The cast and the crew are currently in Mumbai shooting for the next schedule of the film.
Some pictures from Mumbai film city shoot have surfaced online, where the "Kick" star, painted as Hanuman, is seen posing with some adorable kids. Director Kabir and some crew members are also seen in the pictures.
Going by the picture, it appears like the team has been shooting for a dance sequence.
Recently, there were reports that Salman and his lead actress Kareena Kapoor Khan are set to shoot the film in the beautiful locales of Kashmir.
But the Mumbai shoot suggests the team has postponed their Kashmir schedule as of now.
"Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is based on the love story of a Muslim man (played by Salman) and Hindu Brahmin woman (played by Kareena). The story also has a little Pakistani girl who loses her way on the India-Pakistan border and the "Bodyguard" star takes up the responsibility to re-unite her with her family back in Pakistan.
There were also rumours that Kareena had just a cameo and not a full-fledged role in the film with a screen time of about 20 minutes. However, director Kabir rubbished the reports and said the actress indeed has an important role in the film.
"Bajrangi Bhaijaan" also features Nawazuddin Siddiqui in an important role; the film is slated to hit threatres on 17 July, 2015.
